Installing Clazzio seat covers is a snap for anyone to do! It takes just a few minutes and you’ll be able to enjoy a cover that goes over your seat without having to replace your original upholstery. You’ll be able to upgrade your existing seats, renew your old seats, or cover your brand new car seats and here’s how easy it is!
Step 1: Turn the bottom cushion inside out
The very first thing you want to do is take the bottom cushion and place it on top of your existing seat cushion. Now just make sure it’s all lined up and push the back flap all the way into your seat.
Step 2: Slide the edges over
Once you’re all lined up with the back flap all the way, just flip the sides over the edges of your seat and over the seat belt fastener. You’ll know everything is right when it looks tight with no wrinkles or loose spots.
Step 3: Tuck it in with the provided tool
Your Clazzio seat cover comes with a handy tool. Use this to tuck in the bottom parts of the cushion under the seat and make sure to slide the string back between the cushion and seat back.
Step 4: Secure the cushion
Now head to the back of the seat and lean the backrest forward. Grab onto the string from the last step and make a knot around the bottom of the seat. This is going to secure your cushion to your seat!
Step 5: Turn Back rest cover inside out
Just like before, take the back rest and turn it inside out. Remove the headrest and slide the cover right over the seat and pull it down until everything is flat.
Step 6: Tuck it in
Now grab that tool again and tuck the seat cover underneath your headrest holes. Go back down to the flap at the bottom and tuck it into the seat, just like the other flap.
Step 7: Hide the flap
Move to the back of the seat and find the flap you just put through. Lift it up and slide it into the back of the seat cover. Now Velcro it in place and you’re all set!
Step 8: Enjoy!
